Our Spartan Way class is designed for you who wants to work out but doesn’t really know what to do when you go the gym, or for you who doesn’t like to work out by yourself and even for you who wants a fun way to get back into shake and build muscles. Our Strength & Conditioning class is a full body workout consisting of high intensity cardio intervals intermixed with strength training to boost your metabolism and burn calories.
