We offer all types of classes suitable for beginners through to the elite athletes.
The Kickboxing program offers classes for beginners through advanced students. This program teaches basic fighting posture, punches, kicks and knee techniques as well as incorporates sparring and competitive strategy. For more advanced students we also provide the opportunity to compete while focusing on pad work, clinches, and sparring drills. If you’re looking just to learn techniques or a fun way to exercise or if you want to get in the ring/cage; this is the perfect class for you.
